VEGAN COOKIE

š±1 cup of almonds
š±2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
š±1/3 dessert spoon of salt
š±1 dessert spoons of vanilla extract
š±4 squares of dark chocolate
šBlend everything, except the chocolate, in the food processor
šAfter it looks like a cookie or has the desired shape, put in the freezer āļø
š2 dessert spoons of peanut butter - optional
šThe dark chocolate used was 70% cacau
šIf you mix the chocolate with everything in the food processor the cookie has more flavour of chocolate and changes colour. šŖ
